Questions
We don’t sell hype; we develop wrestlers of every experience level. In our three competitive seasons, we’ve gone from 0 to 3 to 11, totaling 14 youth state place winners, which includes 2 champions and 5 finalists.
Our program focuses on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling (FRECO), the Olympic styles of the sport during the summer. Training in these styles develops explosive offense, upper-body control, and advanced mat awareness that directly translate to success in folkstyle.
By exposing our wrestlers to multiple styles, they gain skills, confidence, and mat IQ that give them a clear competitive edge.
